The Research On Situation And Maintenance Of University Teachers' Psychological Health

Teachers are the keys of the education. Teacher's personality and psychological quality influences on the students' psychology and behavior directly or indirectly, also have a great important on the teachers' personal teaching appearance. Along with the reform continuously being deepen, teachers are confronted with much great pressure widely on a series of the reform of the teaching and management. The excessive pressure then will influence on the psychological health, and cause various maladjustment phenomenon on teachers' the mind and bodies, if the maladjustment can not be adjusted in time, then it may cause more a serious psychological crisis, and harm the teacher's phisical and mind health seriously.The thesis is based on some study reports about the problems of the teachers' psychology at home and abroad. After had we took the questionnaire investigation, studied references, interviewed the personal, took the quantitative and qualitative analysis method, analysised and described the teachers' psychological state, mainly study on the main factors influenced on teachers' psychological health, then we discussed the mode and measures on dealing with the psychological pressure deeply.According to the above phenomenon, the paper discusses and analyses the factors of it and proposes some methods from four parts. The first part consists of its purpose, significance, actuality and study pathway; the second part give the support of the theory; the third has described the factors which influenced on the teachers' psychological health and analysis on the investigated materials. The forth is mainly about the relevant measures and suggests on how to advance the teachers' psychological health level and set up a relevant psychological health care system, and improve matter and inspirit condition.
