The study in the area of school teacher's psychological health is becoming relatively thriving in recent years. Along with the deepening of reform in the National Education course, the modern society, marked with high development and intensive competence, raises great challenges to school teachers' survival and self-development, and arouses more and more attentions on school teacher's psychological health. School teachers' health problem is directly related with the success of national educational course and the smooth development for students all over the country, even related to nation's sustainable development in the future. Now school teacher's psychological health has been attached great importance from society, nation, educational circles and schools, and the Ministry of Education has also pointed School Teacher's Psychological Health and Consultation as a required course in the middle and preliminary school. That means the nation authorities have realized the serious consequence caused by school teachers' psychological problem. This paper is aimed to find out the psychological health problem's differences between rural and town school teachers, according to the comprehensive analysis and studies based on the existing research achievements and the academic research activities about society, school, vocation, household and individuals that affected school teachers' psychological health. We concluded based on the questionnaire statistics that somatization, OCD(Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), anxiety, melancholia and hostility are the key factors affect the rural middle school teachers' psychological health and cause the massive psychological problems among ShunYi District, Beijing rural middle school teachers in recent years. What caused the rural middle school teachers' psychological health problem, in the author's opinion, is not only because they have the same psychological questions town teachers face, but also there have been huge differences in a certain aspects such as subsistence in conflict, lack of training, regional diversity, lagging of bureaucratic system building and individual characters. In order to resolve this psychological problem, the author suggests we should take strong measures to maintain and promote their health at macro and micro levels as well as subjective and objective aspects. That means surrounding society support system and self-support system (also called others-aid system and self-aid system) should interact harmoniously. At the same time I consider that the inner factors are more determinative than outer factors, and the self-support system (self-aid system) is more helpful for teachers' psychological health. As we know it will take more times to reform the social and national educational policies, as well as the educational bureaucratic systems, therefore we call on to perfect the existing others-aid system so that we can create a harmonious environment for school teachers to self-maintain their psychological health. But it takes time to put this work into practice because of some realistic difficulties, so school teachers have to make more efforts to maintain their psychological health.
