Consumption is an important life domain of the university students. Not only it is needed in one's normal life ,but also is a major life problem concerning individual development. Beginning from the university students' consumption, studying university students ' morality , values, educating the university student with correct consuming values, is a good form to implement the principle of nurturing the students' morality in daily life .However, the university students' consuming is almost an domain which is neglected ,and the university students ' consuming is at a spontaneous situation because the schools ignore this kind of education and the parents cannot carry on surveillance and managing needed. What consumed, how consumed is decided by themselve, from which we can distinguish their morality levels , as well as diffirent values. How one regard the consuming's significance to individual demand? And how one arrange his comsuming is advantageous to his individual development? Whether or not one should can pursue to consume better and better with all his strength? How they answer these questions will decide their existing state in reality ,as well as the trend in the future.Therefore, there is not only the university students' morality questions, but also the problems relevant to his healthy growth and development in future during one's consuming. However, The consuming values education to the university students is neglected unintentionally . Studying how to educate the university students with correct consuming values "can make up for the insufficiency in the fundamental research, and suits for the need to instruct the university students in consuming.The research how to educate the university students with correct consuming values primarily involve these problems as: how to limit the consuming values; About the significance of one's consuming to his living and development in philosophy; About the status and function of the consuming values in the entire values system; There must be an omni-directional understanding to the present situation about the university students' consuming values by interviewing and using the questionnaires; There must be a thorough analysis to the reasons about existing questions; What's the psychological characteristics of the university student during the forming process of the comsuming values. The main factors caused this kind of consuming value must be manifested; Then I give some concrete suggestions how to educate the university students with correct cosuming values.About the research technique aspect, there can be omni-directional understanding to the present situation of the university students' comsuming values by interviewing, using the questionnaire to survey it. To further know the present situation of university students' consuming , I stepped into consuming places where the university students often go to carry on in-the-spot investigating and an visual observation to the university students' consuming behaviors, so I can understand some concrete consuming behaviors, as well as some model comsuming psychologies of the university students . By using the literature materials, I can know the present situation of the research about consuming values in academic circles. When I give the explanation to the consuming phenomena of the university students, I have utilized the related theories from psychology, sociology, ethics, pedagogy, also involved the western modem consuming theories. How to educate the university students with the correct consuming values, I have utilized some related principles of Ideological and Political education .The outcomes of the research indicate as follows:1. The consuming value is the basic view of one person to the value question of consuming ,is the sum of the standpoint, viewpoints and manners they holds when the people face consuming value relations .The correct consuming values are the views to the values about consuming is objective, reasonable, scientific, and the standpoint, viewpoints and manners to the value of consuming are scientific. The correct consuming values should be advantageous to one's physical and moral integrity, to his healthy growth, and to his full scale development ,and do no harm to other people and the society, also to the natural environment. The consuming value is the important constituent of university students' values and it is vitally significant to their healthy growth,the maintenance of a healthy psychologicy and to realize their full scale development. 2. The majority of university students' consuming values are reasonable,healthy, and Their consuming behaviors are also practical, rational. However lots of university students have many problems in the consuming aspect, such as the imbalance between enjoying material life and contempting spiritual expenditures, the fashion consumings, expending for other else 's good comments, ostentatively consuming ect. are very common displayed by the university students. The traditional consuming ideas cause trouble strangely and the modern consuming ideas are arising slowly in the university students. The social values reality, the society consuming cultural, the negative effect of social education, the negligence of the family and the school education are the reasons that caused the university students' consuming values questions.3. The forming process of the consuming values of the university students includes four stages as follows :the stage of perceive the consuming; the stage of imitating and learning how to consuming ; the stage of formation of consuming value; the stage of independent consuming.There is two psychological characteristics in the process of forming consuming values miming, mutually infected.4. The University education in consuming value aspect is deficient. For this I Suggested that,(1) The university should strengthen the education to the university students in the consuming values. The university students' consuming values education should become an important content of the Ideological and Political education lessons,and an important work related to the students' healthy growth; (2)The educators should strengthen the research to the consuming values education, espcially strengthen the research of the question of consuming values which are displayed in the university students, and implement the corresponding education.5. The main educators is the schools, the society and the families. These three aspects should coordinate mutually and simultaneously the university students should strengthen self-education.
