| With the development of material civilization, the transmission of the mode of medicalscience and the change of the pedigree of disease and death, chronic infectious disease hasbecome one of the major diseases that affect peoples' health. The occurrence of the chronicinfectious disease is rather closely related to peoples' way of living. Therefore, changing theunhealthy way of living and advocating a healthy one is a primary way to improve people'shealthy condition. Besides, getting everyone to pay more attention to their health through healtheducation and quicken the pace to improve people's health is another way to help people developa healthy way of living.Through reaserches it is proved that chronic infectious disease is connected with the way ofliving of adults. And the data shows that the body condition of the adults in China is not good, andthe way of living is unhealthy. So it is not only necessary but also urgent to conduct educationprograms of healthy life styles among school students.The life style education in different countries has both commonness and their owncharacteristic. By using dialectic thinking method, the author makes a comparative research of thebasic content, educational approach and method of school students' life style education both inChina and America which have different social and cultural background. It aims to providehelpful use for reference for Chinese school students' life style education.Getting students to pay more attention to their health through the education of healthy modeof life is another way to help students develop a heath way of living. The unshirkableresponsibility for education in the new century is to develop a healthy mode of life for society. Inthis sense, the education of the healthy mode of life is an enormous project which calls for thegovernment's concern, the educational institution's responsibility and joint support from bothgovernmental and non-governmental educational system. Moreover, it requires guidance of thestate policy and reform of the current pattern of education. Thus the student's education of thehealthy mode of life involves the following educational tasks: nutritional and dietetic hygiene,sports hygiene, prevention of smoke, drink and maluse of medicine, personal hygiene,comsumption hygiene, psychological hygiene, environmental hygiene, ecological and ethic hygiene and whatever.After the intervention study on healthy life style of students of three elementary schools, thetotal mean score of self-administered knowledge, attitudes and behaviors questionnaire on healthhas been improved. The author thinks that it is necessary to relate the school and family, study andlife in the intervention to get the good result.The aim of this study is via studying and interventing the education of healthy mode of life,solving subsistent problems of the life style education in school and serving culturingnew-generation healthy people to meet the needs of qualities-culturing at the new age. |
