Dropping trend of the high-jump of the Chinese excellent male and female entering the 90's. It is more obvious than the foreign male and female high-jumpers. Owing to the present condition of the Chinese male high jumpers and the further develop and acquiring larger breakthrough in the 2008 Olympic games. The research analyze and study of training-factors of the Chinese excellent male high jumpers through the cultural heritage research, questionnaire investigate, visiting expert etc, drawing the followingconclusion.1. The Chinese excellent male high-jumpers match the standards with the foreign ones. Their average height are 1.93 m, weights are 74.7 kg, height/ weight are 38.7, the coach members are successful for choosing the high-jumpers, but their scores are lower than the foreign ones. It suggests the coaches choose to the material object synthetically.2. The high jumpers attach to the higher level in the physical fitness, but the specific ability is lower than the foreign ones such as touching a high by the running and short distance over the bar. It suggest the coaches choose to the fit training means in order to made them in accord with the orders of using the power of the high.3. The Chinese high jumpers have certain margin in the final stride approaches, especially the stability and the coherency of the last stride one and two. Tt suggests the high jumpers should improve the stability of approach steps in the foundation of improving the approach speed and adjust the final stride. Comparing with the foreign ones, the Chinese high jumpers have certain margins in the horizontal velocity of barycenter. Their power of supporting and stretching the leg are of a sort, so they should add to their quick power training of take-off leg. Their speed of the swing leg is lower so that affecting the vertical speed and the buckjump height, so enhancing the fold and the swing power of the swing leg.4. The coaches value the technical training very much, and the technical trainings are reasonable. Their training means is flat, and the quantity of training is less .Comparing with the foreign ones ,the stability of the technique is a sort .It suggests the coaches add to the training quantity ,and make the athletes form the style oneself.5. The coaches value the speed training very much but their training quantity is less than the foreign ones .The coaches attach importance to the training of the absolute speed more than the speed ability .It suggests the coaches should add to the training quantity properly ,and develop them harmoniously .6. It has certain proportional to the power training in the arrange of the training .The coaches value the develop of the quick power such as the empty-handed training and the training of taking the light appliances .The training means is flat ,and value the training affect. It suggest it should be combined the biggest power with the quick one, i.e. being on the biggest power firstly, then the quick one .It is more advantaged to the turns the biggest power with the quick one .The coaches value the training of the specific jump's ability very much .All of them think that it is more effective for the vertical jump training to develop the athletes'quick take–off ability. It suggest they should value other means when they regard the training of the quick take–off ability as their primary one in order to advance it, and also make the training means diversely. It suggests it should be attached importance to not only the operative construction but also the accordance of using the power between the characters of the muscle with the need of the specific technique.7. It is rational to the coaches choose the evaluating index by the gray correlative analysis. It is more correlative between the athletes'performance with the index. They can be reflected the specific performance. Passing the result, it has more effective for the bouncing ability to the performance. It should be harmonized the speed of training with the power, and combined the characters of the athletes themselves when they choose training means, so the training level is improved indeed.
