Objective:3-D capture was used to analysis high jump technical at present domestic, mostly from the respective research perspective on high jump approach running, take-off technical and before and during take-off swing leg technical aspects of the study, by2010October, study on cross rod technical less and only relates to H3.The lack of a comprehensive and holistic analysis of high jump technique. The research on cross rod time, center of gravity to reach the highest point when the center of gravity of the body and the rail is the horizontal distance, the head, shoulder, trunk, thigh and the angle between the plane and the torso and thigh angle and other new technology index of the high jump technology has carried on a more comprehensive research and analysis. For coach, athletes to provide strong theoretical support.Methods:Recruited to participate in the2010August National Track and Field Championship male high jump top6athletes. By3SONY high speed camera, photographing frequency is25Hz/s,3cameras each athlete throughout the tral process, stop shooting athletes after landing, without stopping at intermediate, athlete lands instantaneously by synchronous personnel light glare flashlight as a synchronization point(Figure1).Selection of athletes the best jump achievement, using the APAS software Trim program to synchronize digital film clips, interception of countdown second step a moment to jump athletes had a rod floor moment. Descriptive statistics of average value, standard deviation (X±D).Results:1. Li Peng, Chen Ji run-up last first step knee pedal angle is relatively large, the take-off stage of takeoff leg with instantaneous center of gravity horizontal velocity was significantly greater than the other layers.2. Wang Chen take-off from the instantaneous knee stretch amplitude and the moment H1maximum; Wang Chen, Zhang Shufeng take-off from the moment of ankle push-off amplitude,H1/height%, vertical acceleration distance was significantly greater than the other players. 3. Zhang Shufeng’s take-off distance maximum, Wang Chen and Chen Ji minimum; Huang Haiqiang’s body center of gravity and transverse horizontal distance maximum, Zhang Shufeng minimum, Wang Chen, Zhang Guowei and Zhang Shufeng at the moment the body center of gravity rod highest point to cross the transverse appears in the sponge pad direction, the remaining players body center of gravity the highest point in the run-up to the direction.4. Zhang Guowei, Wang Chen’s head is positioned above the transverse, Zhang Shufeng head and the horizontal plane intersection angle maximum; Zhang Guowei, Wang Chen of the trunk and the horizontal plane intersection angle is smaller, and other players have bigger difference; Wang Chen of the thigh and the horizontal plane of a minimum angle; Zhang Guowei, Wang Chen of the trunk and thigh angle is larger, Huang Haiqiang and Zhang Shufeng was significantly smaller than the other players.Conclusion:1. The last step of swing leg stretch amplitude on speed and to maintain the center of gravity of the body plays an important role in fast forward.2. Ankle push-off stretches amplitude is one of the important factors affecting H1.3. Takeoff-distance and the center of gravity of the body horizontal speed of take-off leg up down from the moment is affected the center of gravity of cross rod from the moment and the rail distance rod two important factors.4. Zhang Guowei and Wang Chen had cross rod’s problems:head position above rod when cross rod moment, trunk basically parallel to the horizontal plane, has not formed the back arch.
