"Central Radio and Television University personnel training mode reform and open education pilot" project of the Ministry of Education "for Education Promotion Plan in the 21st Century" is one of the key projects designed to explore distance education and training of a new pattern of distant education personnel training in the information age. TVU established online distance learning platform to change the traditional model of distance education and meet the needs of the pilot project. Through online interactive learning platform, Learners can create a sense of active construction; teacher can also discuss and exchange with students through BBS. But actually there had been numerous problems, such as few effective interactions, poor support to BBS, and even no respond to teacher's questions and requirements in some courses forums etc. So improving interactive learning in online distant learning platform should be emphasized in the RVU teaching reform and development. Taking Gansu RVU for example and the RVU branches students as objects, this paper attempts to provide some effective strategies and practical evaluation methods by investigating and analyzing the present situation. This paper is composed of five parts.The first part roughly introduces the theme-choosing background, researching environment, approaches, aims and significance of this article.The second part mainly discusses the Radio and Television University teaching development and the evolution characteristics. It firstly talks about teaching development and the evolution and then specifically analyzes the teaching methods, characteristics and deficiencies in each period.The third part talks about the current condition of TV University distance online learning platform and its application. It includes two groups. The one tells the present environmental types supporting internet interaction at home and broad, and the other touches the present construction status and application of TV University distance online learning platform and its application.The fourth part conducts a detailed survey of interacting learning in the distance online learning platform. It starts from student's information and interaction between student and media, student and teacher, and student and student, with concrete questionnaire together, analyses the present condition of interacting learning, and then points out the problems in the interacting learning process through TV University distance online learning platform.The fifth part, the main section of this paper, puts forward some practical strategies of interacting learning. It firstly introduces definition, elemental factors, chief features and theory basis of a computer-supported collaborative learning(CSCL), secondly searches the key reasons of affecting interacting learning, and then lastly raises the practical strategies of interacting learning.The sixth part concludes this paper; it affirms the research achievements and mentions its flaws.
