The obvious difference between an outstanding enterprises and general enterprises is the distinction of Corporate Culture management. That is distinguishing culture and brand. Behind this difference is the different quality of human resources, in particular the differences in the quality of the staff. The excellent enterprises not only have perfect employees, moreover have good mechanism which can motivate the potential of the staff and can continuously help to cultivate excellent employees.At present, how can we bring up a team who will be adaptable to the situation and will be better bend than break is a big challenge for Chinese enterprises. After researching the current developing tendency of domestic and international marketing and training system, through analyzing the situation of domestic training institution, especially against marketing training system, the author discovered the present training system can not meet the demands of the markets. So the author makes the suggestions against how to establish an efficient and scientific marketing and training system. Of course the problems of marketing staff training, Chinese training institutions facing, is not only the training system, but also the deficiency of training awareness to real situation and the difficulty of no passion. All these difficulties are due to the imperfect human resources management mechanism. In order to fundamentally solve these problems, training institutions must spare no effort in the reform of human resources management mechanism, building up the systematic and scientific training mechanism, creating a good training environment.
