Collectivism is an important principle to built socialist ethics ,but also is an important issues to be constant attention and research in ideological and political education of college at the background when is the times of the reform and opening up continuous deepening . It is importance for college students' growth and development and the ultimate realization of socialist harmonious society to establish the correct views of values and develop behaviour of collective services and dedication though strengthening collective education.
