On The Construction Of Harmonious Campus In Colleges And Universities

Based on the construction theory of harmonious society of socialism, the thesis puts forwards systematicly the theory essentials of the construction of harmonious campus and the practical ways of the construction. From looking back the thought of the harmonious management and the analysis of the unharmonious elements in the university.We can understand the meaning of the construction of harmonious campus from three aspects. First, the harmonious campus should be the high harmonious in the process of the schools development. Second, harmonious campus should be the high harmony of the schools inner environment and last, harmonious campus should be the high harmony between the school and the society. The basic characteristics should be embodied the legal system, honesty, vividness, order and culture. The fulfillment of the assortive development in the scale and quality of the school, course and profession, staff and the school, legal and law, hardware and software of campus culture, science and literary spirit must be taken from five elements as people, matter, affair, spot and emotion.In order to reach this aim, we must keep three main awareness which are the systematic thoughts, the management idea of people oriented and the harmonious construction. The author gives the following suggestions in the process of practice, firstly, we should keep the scientific development idea and strengthen the thoughts of construction of harmonious campus. Secondly, the leaders construction should be emphasis and raise the ability of construction of harmonious campus. Thirdly, we must promote the humanization construction of the institution and build the developing environment of harmonious campus. Last but not least, we should uphold the safety and stable of the school and maintain the good environment of harmonious development of the school.
