The social identity theory which created by Taifel, gives birth to the explanation about inter-group behaviors. All organizations are aggregates of various groups. To integrate new members, a better solution would be through the informal groups, the existence of which in the members of the organizational integration plays an important role as a bridge. In the individual organization process, outside groups, such as relatives and friends, play an irreplaceable role. A group of individuals to identify and individual groups of the ownership are a two-way interactive process. In this process, the individual unceasingly feels the organization to absorb the unit, and is constructing the respective groups of symbols' boundary. Finally by "open secret groups" and "the right to speak to the master" and so on as the symbol which represent individuals melting into the organization. Otherwise, this process also will be the impact on the social structure. The article concludes with organizations to achieve integration, but also with China's social operation characteristics, meanwhile organization needs of the individual all-round implementation of the absorption and enhanced recognition. The most important for organizations is in different contexts to take different measures.
