Motivation is the inner power of a person to force himself to act, which is the core/key factor of non intelligence. Strong and suitable learning motivation is the essential element for effective learning. This thesis intends to probe, thoroughly, into the reasons creating the present situation about middle school writing education, such as, less motivation, lower efficiency of writing education. It intends to put the related achievements at home and abroad, in scientific research about motivation theory into the use of the study and practice about middle school writing education. It also intends to explore the specific strategy about middle school writing education, which can develop and stimulate the writing motivation of middle school students. In order to build a spiral-running motivation system, complying with the working mode of learning motivation, we should develop and stimulate the requirements from inner heart, set and apply the writing elements from the outside, as well as develop the ability of students'adjustment. It also concerns integrating the educationpower of school, family and society to develop the students' strong and suitable writing motivation, for the complexity of motivation. So we can change the situation of being unwilling to write or being afraid of writing, into being glad to write or willing to write. That is the ideal situation we are chasing for.
