In field event, shot put is a complex event that spins along sorts of axis and it takes strength as its basis, velocity as its focus. Meanwhile,put shot is indispensable athletics event in some great comprehensive spots meet, such as Olympic Games,Continent Games and Word Championship Contest. All spots event have undergone many skill innovations during its 100 years' development of Olympic Games, from former place throwing to side sliding shot putting, lasted to and back sliding throwing rotation shot putting. The subjects of all these innovations add to the length of acceleration, and increase the velocity of release. Because shot put belongs to cast event, according to trajectory principle, the mechanical formula is S=V02Sin2α/g, so S is affected by velocity of release, so the key of improving performance is to increase the velocity of release of apparatus. The velocity origins the slide stage, then it passed the transition stage to transform the velocity last spurt the release. The shot velocity is a process which unceasingly increases, from the whole shot put process. Thus it can be seen, the each link of the shot—put technology mutually separates and complements one another. A link quality directly influences the next link technical quality. If a link had the problem, it simultaneously also can affect other links. Each other mutually affects and mutually restricts Therefore, we cannot only research one-sided part to the shot put technology and we should carry on the comprehensive analysis to the entire technology from the overall assurance.Main research method: Studying subject is Chinese excellent male shot—putter in the 10th National Game. Research methods are mathematics statistics and videotape analytic. We put tow Sony—miniature numeral video frequency camera on the back of circle and the left side, they are made in Japan and completely photographs the competition power process. We applying the AIJIE—sport film analytical system, collect the picture and count data. We carry on the contrast analysis on the athlete's technical data, in view of our country athlete individual technology characteristic, discovers the flaw which our country athlete technology aspect exists, and proposed the corresponding solution measure, urges the technology to achieve the optimization。The research result1 In sliding phase, the maximum speed which the left legs of the 6 athletes swing appears in front of the right leg pedaling to the ground, namely in the stage which right leg positively pedal extends, but instantaneous when partial athletes right foot pedal to ground, because the take off angle of right foot is partial and big; The sliding step time is long; The right lip angle is big; which reduce the horizontal velocity of centre of body and increase the steed of body gravity. Therefore, it is not ideal of their sliding technology.2 In transitional phase, because the partial athletes do not control their upper body, the upper body lifts prematurely, which reduced the work distance which the shot spur puts, so the acceleration distance shortened. Also the left leg of partial athletes was not being positive and the opportunity to grasp that right leg pedal extended and sends the strength is not well, which caused the shot speed to lose in a big way in the transitional stage, which affected the shot to get rid of the initial velocity, thus affected the final result.3 In the last spur phases, the partial athletes don't control the upper body. And they do not surmounted the instrument insufficiently to be ideal, which has effected the shot depth of camber, thus affected the shot to get rid of work distance, also partial athletes because their left side applied the brake the effect is not good, which affected left side of them to make an effort. It destroys the entire technology and finally affected the shot final result.
