Back sliding shot technology is mainly composed of sliding stage, transition phase andthe final stage. The modern shot put required to ensure the quality of technology in which theslide phase and transition phase, improving the speed that in the last stage to in pursuit of thebest effect in the overall technology. Access to literature at home and abroad, it is found nospecil studies about the two bow forcibly technology in the last phase of three-dimensionalkinematics research. The sample of this study are the7athletes who gained Women’s shot putcompetition in the2012national track and field. To19.65m,the champion Lijiao Gong in thiscompetiton has laid a soild foundation for the London2012Olympic Games, and with the19.45m Ling Li won the runner-up. We take the bow and the side bow forcibly technolgy inthe final stage for in-depth analysis. With the resolution of high-speed camera system, weobtained the three-dimensional kinematic indicators and parameters of the two bow forciblytechnology try to use objective and accurate results to provide a reference for the scientifictraining of athletes.Main methods:1Documents and materials.2Close-set Three-dimensional camerameasurement.3The expect interviews.4Mathematical statisticsThe results show that:1.Put forward that the two key phases should be reflected in thelast stage clearly:the side bow phase is formed when his left foot completely fall to theground and the body center between the two legs; when the shoulder horizontal axis is almostparallel to the hip horizontal axis,the bow of phase is formed.2. Compared with the foreignexcellent athletes,Lijiao Gong/Meiju Li/Xiangrong Liu/Ka Bian’s transition time arelonger,ling li is shorter; too short or too long transition time is not conducive to form goodside bow posture.3.when the side bow is formed,Ling Li/Ka Bian’tile of the torso is thelargest, the upper raise the most obvious, left shoulder open too early; When the left footstrikes the ground, six athletes’s left knee Angle are reduced except meiju li, the larger kneesbuffer is against to form better strething technology on the left side; the angle of shoulder andhip of seven athletes are smaller and the degree of the twist is not very big,which haveaffected the effect of final stage.4. The bow formed, the strething technology of the sevenathletes is poor,the release speed is smaller compared with the world elite athletes, the heightand Angle is not much difference.5.Throughout the process, the seven athletes ‘s gravitytrajectory of the body center is almost a straight line, meet the acceleration principle inphysics basically; the track of the shot put is almost two line segment whoes length are equal,Lijiao Gong in the process of shot put, the horizontal distance between the shot put center ofgravity and center of gravity of the body is the shortest, conducived to concentration andachieved the effect of people-the ball one.6. Back slide of shot put technology is a dynamic whole process, two bow forcibly technology should be effectively dissolve into it, can notexist alone and to do work independently; form a good two bow forced position sufficiently isconductive to improve performance.
