The Research On The Assets Management Of University

The level of university's assets management concerns with the work in many aspects, such as resource distribution, financial administration and management system, etc. At present, we have made very great progress in problem of university's assets management in our country, but a lot of questions still exist. Combined with the concrete practice work, this text has carried on comparatively overall exposition and analysis to the current situation of development and existing problem of university's assets management in our country, and has analyzed the restriction factors of system, theory and practice causing the problems. At the foundation of the theory and management experience about the assets management inside and abroad, combining university's financial administration, we carry on research of structuring university's assets management system of our country and have proposed the basic frame, construction object and task of university's assets management system of our country.The first section shows the theoretical framework of the management of assets for colleges and universities. And we also list the present situation of the management;the second section shows the problems existing in the management of the assets for colleges and universities; The third section show the thorough analyze of those problems of section two. According to the constraining conditions mentioned above, the forth section shows some policies which are proposed to improve the management of the assets and to keep and enlarge the assets for colleges and universities, these policies are proposed under the consideration of four aspects: clarifying the rights of the corporation of colleges and universities;the system reform inside the system of colleges and universities;Improve the financial management and apply modern management into practice.
