Posing problem is the innovation fountainhead and the foundation. How to cultivate the students'questioning ability in elementary mathematics instuction is one of important targets in current mathematics education.Only enhanced the students'ability of finding mathematics question ability, student's innovation ability will possibly make a progress.Research on problem posing already have many fruitful results.But in the poor counties, How to cultivate the students'questioning ability in elementary mathematics instuction had not been studied.Therefore,this paper explores the methods cultivating the students'questioning ability from the perspective of teaching mathematics . Firstly, the author made an investigation which is related to mathematical problems posing in poor counties'middle school.,and the author made an analysis about the rerults of this investigation .According to the theory of problem posing and the actual situation of mathematical problems posing, the author raised the following teaching methods of cultivating the students'ability of problem posing.i) In the new mathematics class study,teacher carried on the teaching using the educational model of "situation—question" .ii)In the process of mathematics exercise explanation,the teacher used the Polya's chart of how to solve problem to carry on mathematics problem solving instruction.iii)In the design of mathematics exercises, the teacher must design "the mathematics open topic" and design a topic to be changeable. Under the guidance of these teaching methods, the author made a relevant case study and practice research,finally to obtain the followingconclusions:i)The students'awareness of problem posing obviously enhanced;ii)The total number of problem posing and the level of thought are rising...
