The ability of mathematical problem posing can not only reflect the students' knowledge mastery, but also reflect the students' knowledge structure level. This study divides the situation into: free situation,semi-structured situation and structured situation. Therefore, this study will focus on two questions: How is the ability of mathematical problem posing of junior high school students in different situations? What cognitive factors will affect the development of mathematical problem posing ability of junior high school students?First of all, this study investigates the ability of mathematical problem posing of junior high school students.Based on literature analysis,a test paper for mathematical problem posing ability is designed. The test contains three problem situations: free situation,semi-structured situation and structured situation. The ability of mathematical problem posing is divided into three levels of development: memory, understanding and reflection. This study selects 116 the first grade of junior high school students to participate in the survey.SPSS22.0 software is applied to the statistical analysis of the survey results. The results show as follows:(1)The ability of mathematical problem posing of junior high school students is generally at the level of understanding;(2)In different situations, students have different levels of development of the ability to pose mathematical problem;(3)In different situations, memory problem posing, understanding problem posing and reflecting problem posing all show obvious characteristics. In addition, this study investigates the influencing factors of mathematical problem posing ability of junior high school students.Based on the analysis of mathematics literacy,it is proposed that the cognitive factors that affect the ability to pose mathematical problem are mathematical representation, plausible reasoning and abstract thinking.Based on literature analysis,a test paper for influencing factors of the ability to pose mathematical problem is designed.SPSS22.0 software is applied to the correlation and regression analysis of 116 influencing factors survey results and problem posing ability survey results. The results show as follows:(1)The ability of mathematical problem posing of junior high school students is affected by abstract thinking, plausible reasoning and mathematical representation.Among them, the most influential one is mathematical representation;(2)In different situations, abstract thinking, plausible reasoning and mathematical representation have different effects on the ability of mathematical problem posing.According to the results of the study above, this study puts forward teaching suggestions for cultivating the ability of mathematical problem posing of junior high school students.Give full play to the leading role of teachers and create exploratory situations with mathematical values.Guide students to think about the relationship between things from a mathematical perspective.Use induction or analogy methods to discover quantitative relationships or graphic properties and explore the laws in the situation.Construct connections between mathematical knowledge and expand the problem from multiple angles.
