Study On The Absence Of Scientific Reasoning In Science Teaching

Different from logical reasoning, scientific reasoning is substantive reasoning based on evidences. In scientific research, scientific reasoning is an important scientific habit of mind.Analyzing three teaching passages in this article, it is reported that scientific reasoning, including evidences and scientific reasoning skills, is absent in the course of science teaching. And then it is necessary to think what causes the absence? Data is the entrance of reasoning. It is very important for us to develop the ability of collecting and analyzing data.
