Cognition psychology considers people's cerebrum activity as being that information processes process. People is also that one changes with the information entering, processes analysis , reserves and extracts the process applying to technology action studying. The theory of the motion technical ability thinks , that the student studies the action technical ability is to demonstrate action begins from observation generally, by the presentation observing optesthesia building up action in cerebrum, self action behavior calling up and adjusting the optesthesia presentation already taking form then in actual exercise , among according to the mind. The alysis at the same time, passing to action explained , is using optesthesia presentation and organic union of kinaesthesia presentation , and building up the firm driving force finalization of design , and forming the action technical ability ultimately. The student who is in different age group is also showing the different characteristic to learn of action. Specifically for this condition , the main body of the master's thesis are 11 to 13-year-old students specifically for pupil senior student, designs four sets in different cognition studying way, and carries out quantization on the student in appraising system in three kinds and, manufacture cognition from academic record developing a curve, the molecule announces to whose inherent cognition characteristic by contrast, for physical education the days to come teaching provide scientific theory basis. The master's thesis is asked about adopt document data method, expert interview method , experiment contrast method, number reason statistics method and analysis, adopt four kind way studying of diversity to carry out the conclusion studying the first step reaches the following on the cognition characteristic that student action studies.1.The fraction the way four group cognition studied has no notable difference , four group cognition studying way studying speed having notable difference. Group synthetical cognition is studied is better than the other three sets who study.2.The cognition process studying expects action mark for three stages studying: Shorter first step studies scheduled time, growing comparatively to amend the studying scheduled time and shorter studying entirely time.3.The initial stage studying , exists the judgement in the past and the cognition treating studying of inner hiding.4.Both ordering cognition and action completeness cognition show the first slow and then quick characteristic , and the good than right and wrong achievement characteristic.5.The process that the student distinguishes to action entirety, has boosted an effect to the ordering to action having been produced, has also boosted an effect to action completeness cognition. The memorization to the action entirety , also promotes an effect to the memorization to action part.6.The synthetical cognition group is beneficial to students forming the action technical ability , having action main points, and nature characteristic and inside law grasping action in hand.
