The results show that: Jinan City Middle School after-school basketball training system has initially taken shape, physical conditions and taking part in team basketball skills have greatly improved, race organizations tend scientific scientific training level is not high. After-school training evaluation system to be improved and competition system unreasonable factors still exist. Coach professional quality to be improved, still can not meet the requirements of scientific training. Selection of scientific level is not high; athletes cultural learning situation is worrying, training of contradictions still more prominent. Coaches in the age structure is more reasonable, showing a backbone to the characteristics of young, better-educated coaches, longer life coaching, training more experienced, but the lack of movement experiences, the degree of full-time coaches is not high. Training a single source of funding channels, in addition, the lack of competition mechanism of instructors, in the management of their own schools did not take an effective incentive mechanism. Therefore, we should explore a variety of training funds financing channels; coaches in the competition for the appointment of the implementation of the system of training venues and equipment to further improve; reasonable solution of contradictions training, and strengthening the training of coaches and management; formed good incentive mechanism.
