It is well known that the early years of life, are crucial to the later development for each person. The quality of the environment young children live and the social experiences have significant effects on their health and learning abilities. The development of preschool inclusion aims to. provide an equal, accepted and inclusive education and ensures each exceptional young child has the opportunity to grow up with the normal young children together. Each child should have a good start. Nowadays, the inclusive education has already made some progress. So we should pay more attention to the preschool inclusion. Yong children severed in inclusive preschool are more likely to participate in the society easily. The chief person in the preschool inclusion is the preschool educator, so their attitudes and conceptions have various effects on the realization of the preschool inclusion. So this research investigates more than 200 preschool educators, including the heads of preschools, teachers and nursery governesses through questionnaire and interviews to learn their attitudes and conceptions toward preschool inclusion.The results of this research are as the follows: the knowledge of preschool educators about the exceptional young children is not enough; many factors play roles in the attitudes of preschool educators; preschool educators have different opinions in the placements of disabled young children with different kinds and degrees; the urgent issue to solve in implementing preschool inclusion is teacher training; the cooperation with the parents is the unresolved problem in the interventions to the exceptional young children. In conclusion, the preschool inclusion in Hubei province is just fresh, so it leaves much to be desired.
