| With the development and popularity of network, following newspapers, radio, television, the fourth-largest media network has more and more profound influence on people's life. But meanwhile, a lot of professional college students get addicted to internet. Their studies, bodies, and even psychological health are injured severely. This article takes the professional college students in Wuhan as the samples, and uses a form of the questionnaire to make an investigation on the current internet use and the phenomenon of Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD). This article is written for the purpose of understanding the current internet use situation, discussing the factors causing Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD), and the attempt to seek for the solutions to IAD.I have selected 340 students (male student 159, female student 181) in 4 vocational and technical colleges; and taken the means of the questionnaire to make the research. The questionnaire includes 5 survey scales:《the current internet usage situation (invented by myself)》; Young's《Internet Addiction Test》; The Xiao shuiyuan's《relationship assessing between happiness and social support》; Learry's《Interaction Anxiousness Scale》; Russell's《UCLA Loneliness Scale》.The findings indicated: (1) among the professional college students in Wuhan, approximately 15% students have IAD in some degree; (2) IAD groups and non-IAD groups have remarkable distinct in the sex, the grade, the net age, the frequency of network use, the internet function preferences; (3) IAD groups and non-IAD groups have remarkable distinct in the total score of society supports, the objective support score and the subjective support score ; (4) IAD groups and non-IAD groups have remarkable distinct on interaction anxiousness scale; (5) IAD groups and non-IAD groups have remarkable distinct on loneliness scale; (6) By the general and separate regression of the Internet addition, the following 5 factors enter the regression equation and can effectively forecast the factors of the influences on the Internet addition, which include: gender, loneliness scale, the use of social support, interaction anxiousness, and subjective social support.Based on the above results, I try to find solutions to IAD among the professional college students in Wuhan. from the following 4 aspects: (1) to cultivate good campus network culture; (2) to control the surfer frequency and the surfer time, and reduce the dependence on internet virtual space; (3) to control the uses of specific network functions; (4) to encourage the IAD user to establish normal interpersonal relationship. |
