Dividing up class is still a arguable questions in the fundamental education .Even in the sociology field as well .The period of the senior school , it doesn't belongs to the compulsory education ,so dividing up class is permitted. With expanding the range of the senior school , the consciousness of the whole students express their different views than before .Such as variety levels , facing this situation , which teaching method organization we should take ? Seeking for the best connection has became an urgent thing to us. The theme is based on dividing up class in teaching from different countries and the whole care on teaching .Focus on the theory and the practice on dividing up class in teaching according to students'abilities.This research bases on a realistic problem that is to divide classes according to the ability of students, adopting the method of combining the individual cases analysis and theory elaboration together. The issue of reality and validity is researched from the sense of value and practice operation by means of the discussion and analysis of the individual cases. First of all, investigator intends to survey some senior school students. To take some inquiry way to know the quantity, characteristic as well as the standard and the types of the dividing up class. Then through individual interview, practical testing methods and so on I can get the first—hand data from the school. I have collected and made up the final exam score of the class experiment grade 2005 in recent 3 years. I have calculated a great deal of data, refer to the survey report and ask for students'themselves feelings and ideas. Only in this way, you can evaluate the result of dividing classes in ability. The process of the survey was mainly divided into two periods, one is practical research, and the other one is theory analysis. During the period of practical research, the focus is to deeply know the students', teachers'and students'Parents feelings and opinions about the activity of dividing up class in teaching method.During the period of the theory analysis, the most important is to get different kinds of data in theory analysis on the spot. That is to say, taking the research methods which combine with the quality and quantity the factor of quality is to describe and analyze by observing, interviewing means etc. The factor of quantity is to make some reports by checking students'exams. The whole process of the research is mainly based on qualitative research and attached to the fixed quantity research.The thread of the research is to define theory, to analyze case and to deeply think of the system of the dividing up class in the E school. As well as to reflect the result of the teaching method.The research doesn't pay attention to the theory of establishment. The most important of the research is to talk about the dividing up class in teaching. The main reversal thought of the article included three factors. Firstly, the teaching methods inquire move higher level teachers than before. Secondly, you should know what the true meaning of the score is? Lastly, you should pay more attention to the weak groups and give them some compensable education.According to the present research. As for the dividing up class in teaching, whether it is good or bad? They haven't been drawn a united conclusion so far. But when the teaching method has been developing till now. People's research on the teaching method has totally beyond those superficial problems, such as, weather it is good or bad? And how to divide class is more reasonable? Through discussing the samples of dividing up class in ability in the E middle school. We knew the disadvantages of the traditional education and realized that we should ensure the thought of the developing educational fair. Meanwhile, from the educational resources assignment point of view, especially consider the point of the educational fair. First of all, I positively ensured the significance in teaching method of individuality education .and the most important of all; it has attacked the present unfair thing that top students prepared top teachers in the class. This phenomenon and the action is not only bad for training students the consciousness of their team spirits, but also it will bruise part of teachers'enthusiasm about work, As time went on it will impair the whole strength of education.In the process of education, we should treat fairly every person who was given sufficient chance of development. Authentic equality in education should be portrayed by not only dividing fairly up resource and opportunity, also concentration on personal development. Since that is the case, we can find out genuine equality in education achievement. As far as the writer concerned, they can be called true equality in education dividing up the legitimate resource according to reality and purposeful education. The practical meanings of the research are that we should think about valuable orient of teaching in the school in reverse and scientific supervision of the school from request for quality education. Actually, in spite of any other teaching system of organization, it is not serious problem but one kind of"shell". The operative work of solving this problem is that our educator should change our education theory and system. The teachers need treat our students sincerely and glowingly and have an opinion of expand affection and generosity.The article from the education point of view on social science come on to the education point of view on social science come on to the phenomenon dividing up class according to the ability of the students in the E-middle school using functionalism of social study, conflict theory along with social lever theory.
