Education is a basic cause of a society, the experience of education is the important stage and development foundation of life for the majority of people. Educational justice is the cornerstone of social justice, is the largest fair of society. To implement the scientific concept of development, build a socialist harmonious society, we must strive to promote and achieve educational justice and at the same time put it as a national basic education policy. Equality of opportunity in higher education is one of important aspects and segments of the education fair. To realize educational justice, we must push equal opportunities in higher education forward. With the scale of China's higher education continued to expand and the cost-sharing mechanism to apply, as a "stepping stone of modern life", the higher education is becoming more and more bewildering at the background of social stratifcation and popularization of higher education:Who in higher education? What kind of people in what kind of education? Why do some people go to university and some people can not be on the University? Whether this change is to promote a more equitable education, or make the gap deepen? These series of questions have become one of the hot issues for the scholars to study and explore. This thesis is based on these questions and considers the resolution and carried out.The current structure of social strata of our country is growing divide, links between social strata and equality of opportunity in higher education are increasingly clear; the voice on education justice of ordinary people is rising. But the connotations of social strata are very rich, this article from the purpose of the study and the property of candidates who take part in college entrance examination, putting the family as the basic unit of social strata and using the principle of equal proportion, studies and discussions on the correlation between the social strata which a family can be divided into and acquiring of opportunity in higher education of its children in accordance with the delineation of the basic dimensions of social strata, through theoretical argument and case analysis, from the home occupational groups, income and parental level of education etc. three areas. and put some advices and countermeasures which control and lower the influence which social strata of families impact on the acquiring of opportunity in higher education of their children and achieve equal opportunities in higher education.Abroad on the issue of concern and research is relatively early, more or less began in the mid-20th century. Our country because of special reasons, until after 1973, scholars have been conducting a preliminary study and explore, as compared with foreign countries, though a late start, but the direction of the same, but different conditions, the focuses varies. Only concerning on this satution, the study on this issue of our country can be divided into three stages:1973-1992, is the starting phase; 1993-1999, is the developing phase; so far from 2000, is the prosperous stage. The research results of different stages through theoretical analysis or empirical research go to consistency on the meaning of education justice, the impact factors of equal opportunities in higher education and other issues, in particular, some empirical results explained how the home society strata impact on the equalization of opportunities in higher education for their children through colleges and universities as survey obiect. But because college admission influenced by the ratio and quota and other factors, the findings have larger deviations at regional comparison. In this paper, starting from the region and strive to overcome the system error, analyzes on family and social strata differences in their children's impact on equality of opportunity in higher education through the survey of parents and students related to family circumstances from a practical level more specifically.As the important aspect of education justice, equality of opportunities in higher education has great significance on achieving it. Along with the evolution of China's social strata structure, the allocation of higher education opportunities have also taken place corresponding changes, mainly shows on high-quality educational resources focused on the superior stratum; superior stratum hold much high-quality educational resources; career and income have obvious impact to opportunities available in higher education. However, the performance extent of different regions is not the same as the manner, the analysis of Mengzhou City case proved:The inequality degree of the higher education opportunities allocation is gradually reducing, but the difference still exists at all levels of access to higher education opportunities for children there are still differences in quality; At the initial stage of the higher education opportunities expansion, the advantages are first to meet their own educational needs on volume, with the expansion continuing, they are beginning pursuit their education needs in quality; The reforming and implementation of a series of education policies to promote higher education justice, especially the admission policy and financial support policy have made the impact of social strata to higher educational opportunities lower; The effects of higher education opportunities differences and social strata are each other, objective and always existing. The emergence of this situation include the subjective and objective factors, but we do not rule out the possibility of sudden changes in home access to higher education opportunities for their children the impact of the accident.Further analysis can also found that the overall characteristics and inherent interaction mechanisms of family social strata affectting the children equal opportunities in higher education, including:the objective constraints of economic conditions in home to their children obtaining higher education opportunities, the cultural interventions of parent education concept their children obtaining higher education opportunities, the potential stress of social status indentity to their children obtaining higher education opportunities, the full impact and penetration of the daily lives practice to their children's studying concept, the influence of making full use of family resources to their children obtaining higher education opportunities, and so on.Then, How to control and reduce the impact of social strata on the equality of opportunity in higher education? On the concept, we should pay full attention to that family social strata differences will inevitably have an impact on equality of opportunity in higher education for their children, it is necessary to recognize the impact, but also efforts to reduce the impact. On measures, we can from society, government, colleges and universities three levels, take such as insisting on common rich, and striving to narrow the differences between strata; formulate and improve relevant educational laws and regulations, and optimize the education structure; implementing the "Sunshine Project", "Green Passage" and other measures, make every effort to assist and protect the educational interests of vulnerable groups.Higher education is the essential means of human developing and society going ahead continually. Family strata have a significant impact on the equality of opportunities in higher education. Controlling and lowering the impact, promoting fairness, justice of education are what building a socialist harmonious society should be.
