Research On Parents' Influence On The Socialization Of Children

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, economic, political, cultural have made great development, and the living standards of the people have improved considerably, and the quality of the residents' life has been on the obvious rise too. Against the backdrop of constructing the learning society, the parent's education and influence on minor children has attracted increasing attention. The study chooses parents' influence on the socialization of minor children as proposition. In the course of research it first clarified the content of the socialization of minor children, and then analyzed the main composing factor of parents' influence on the socialization of minor children. And following that studied the actuality of parent's education and influence on minor children at present according to researches made in several districts in Shanghai. At last, It put forward think and strategy on optimizing parent's influence on the socialization of minor children from two aspect of theory and practice. Specifically, the study discussed in five chapters as follows:The first chapter is introduction. It raised the research question from aspect of the origin of research, the background of research, and the significance of research, and then introduced the intention, content, methods, and schedule in the course of research. At last it expatiate the key conception the research involved.The second chapter is literature review. It introduced existing research production from aspects of research on socialization of minor children, parents and family's influence on children, as well as parents' education. It also made integrate review on relevant research at present.The third chapter is analysis on parents' influence on the socialization of minor children. It mainly analyzed the condition and content of socialization of minor children from the point of view of theory. And also gave a comprehensive analysis on parents' cultural, moral, mentality, as well as education attainment and some other influence factors.The fourth chapter is analysis on the actuality of parents' influence on the socialization of minor children in Shanghai. It chose the Putuo, Changning, Jing'an, Jiading, Minhang, Fengxian six districts in Shanghai, and made research on more than 240 parents. The content of research mainly includes the status of socialization of minor children and the cultural, moral, mental, and educational status of parents. It also analyzed briefly on the research outcome. The fifth chapter is the thought on optimizing parent's influence on the minor children. Based on the analysis of the status of parents' influence, it put forward strategies on optimizing parent's influence on minor children from two aspects of theory and practice.
