It is a 11- multi-ethnic- minority-lived together banner, containing Mongolian, Han ,Hui and Dawoer and so on.In recent years, Kerzuohou Banner has exploited their advantages in resources, and constantly optimized the development environment, obtaining stable foundation for economic growth. In addition, each social development makes the comprehensive progress, especially the ethnic minority education obtained the considerable development. These progress have promoted remarkable effect to local social progress and economic development .Therefore, Kerqinzuoyihou Banner is the case, which is worth analyzing thoroughly. It has very strong typical characteristics and reference for the research of coordinated development between ethnic minority education and economy.With theories of grey system,the article presents the present situation and development of ethnic minority education and economy in Inner Mongolia Kerqinzuoyihou Banner. The article focuses on grey relational analysis on relationship between the development of Ethnic Minority education and economy in Inner Mongolia Kerqinzuoyihou Banner on the base of statistical data calculation.By calculating the relational coefficient and the relational grade, the results will show the relation between the development of ethnic minority education and economic in Inner Mongolia Kerqinzuoyihou Banner. The relational grade is 0.8693.It shows the in-phase correlativity of the development of ethnic minority education and economy. Based on the calculation results, the article puts forward political advices for future development of ethnic minority education and economy in ethnic minority area.
