Mathematical concept is the "foundation stone" of Mathematics, is the source that students obtain the mathematical knowledge, is the basis that derives the mathematical theorems and mathematical laws, is the premise of improving the ability. However, the phenomenon frequent occurs that teachers simply introduce the concept in a few words, and then give the students a few examples on the application of the concept of just in day-to-day teaching, This has directly led the mathematics lower learning ability of students, and made the students have lowly innovation ability.According to the request of《High school mathematics curriculum standards》and《Mathematics curriculum standards of full-time compulsory education (experimental version)》, the activities of students in mathematics learning should be the "re-creation " process under the guidance of teachers . Here, the "re-creation" is derived from Freudenthal's mathematics education idea who was the well-known mathematics educators from Netherlands. He believes that mathematics is a human activity, and the core of mathematics education method is students' "re-creation". The learning of mathematical concept is as well.This paper uses literature research methods, combining teaching of mathematics and mathematical methodology of the theory, and other relevant courses, and conjunction with the "re-creation" theory, first expatiates the close relationship between the mathematical concept of teaching and learning and "re-create". Then on the basis of the predecessors, following the general laws of concept teaching for the secondary schools, in connection with Freudenthal's "re-creation" theory, explore the basic link of the mathematics concept "re-creation" teaching:(1) Import scene -- create situations to inspire students' "Recreation" motive;(2) Explore new knowledge - focus on "mathematical reality", explore new knowledge with the "re-creation" activity.(3) Form a concept - helping students form concepts in the way of "reasonable inference"(4) Deepen the concept - deepen the concept with "math" in the process of "re-creation",(5) Form a system - form the concept system with "Reflections on improvement", make it come true from "re-create" to create.At last using the way of case studies, practice the "re-creation" model.
