Mathematical concepts are the logical starting point of the mathematics, the base of students'cognition and the core of the students'mathematical thinking. Concept learning is one of the central points in learning mathematics. The study in learning concepts always is an important task in psychological research, including classification of concepts, structure of concepts, attainment of concepts and the use of concepts. The study on concepts attainment is one of the important parts in concepts learning research.Since the 20th century, many scholars have revealed the mathematical concepts and the attainment rules from different aspects of philosophy, psychology, mathematics and mathematics education, laying a foundation for the systematic study in mathematical concepts attainment teaching and learning. The most prominent characteristic of modern information technology is that the mathematical abstract concepts can be converted to be easily understood ones. So the modern information technology has the exceptional advantages in the teaching of mathematical concepts attainment and provides a technical support. Therefore, it is necessary to make a further discussion of mathematical concepts attainment based on the original study and combined with information technology.To theoretical analysis mathematical concepts attainment is helpful for better understanding its essential feature and providing scientific basis for mathematical teachers to carry out mathematical concepts teaching more effectively. The strategic analysis of mathematical concepts attainment under the information technology condition has practical significance not only in how to make the utility of information technology to the best effect but also in mathematical concepts teaching by using information technology.The paper set up a study with literature textual research, starting with the mathematical concepts attainment process. The theoretical basis of the research topic was obtained by summarizing four aspects of the relevant researching and a lot of documents, and also by discussing the fusion of the theories. The four aspects include the base of concepts generation, concepts image and formal definition, concepts process and object, concept connection and concept network.The paper based on the regular concepts attainment theories, combining with the modern research breakthrough on the mathematical concepts attainment by cognitive psychology, under the guidance of the epistemology, analyzing mathematical concepts attainment process in trinity of mathematics concept, learning psychology and teaching circumstances; combining with theory analysis, current teaching situation and relevant teaching cases to give the enlightenment of mathematical concepts attainment to mathematical concepts teaching; on the bases above, integrating modern information technology, discussing the mathematics concept attainment strategy under modern information technology conditions; based on the information technology, function concept as an example, studied the cases in several respects such as concept presentation, independent variable and dependent variable, symbol and concept itself, elements, multi-language expression, function and other knowledge; put forward some thoughts about the mathematics concept teaching at last.
