Based on the 111(include 3 own goals) goals occurred in 2006 China's Women World Cup, the paper used observation, statistics, analysis, summary and found the attacks in the world cup have the following characteristics: of the whole 866 shots,442 shots occurred in the first half time, and 424 shots occurred in the second half time. The second half time had less shots than first half, but the rate of shot in goal in second half was much higher than first half. The Women World Cup kicked 111 (including 3 own goals)goals in all, and the average goals in this Women World Cup is more than last one but less than the 3rd one. From the trend of the near 3 women World Cups, we can see the number of goals occurred in each match was declining; Of the goals occurred in each period, we can see there were more goals in the middle period than beginning and end; The stricker kicked most goals, and avant-garde attacked to reduced the pressure on the strickers; most goals were kicked in, but the head goals in this match were much more than ever, so we can say it obey the morden trend of football; of all the attack tactics, the middle infiltration attack got the most goals; compeared with former world cup, there were more long shots occered in the China World Cup.The attack started from front erea formed 45 goals ,and attacks started from middle erea formed 39 goals. We can conclude in the morden women football matches, players defended fiecerly even in the front erea. The indicators selected in the paper can reflect the charactors of football clearly, and the analysis and conclusions reflected present development and the trend of the world women football, and the paper were useful for the future training and competition of world women football.
