I concluded the sustainable development policy in AnKang city' population from these parts: relative surplus population in AnKang ,undereducation and laggard technology ;the population in town level is poor ,select masculine baby is improving.My article used mainly method is comparatively analysis in research methods, I contrast AnKang city together Shaan Xi with national on average level in transverse comparison; My article concluded relative overfill population in AnKang from economic, resources and surplus population in village .My countermeasure is the sustainable development in population in AnKang city: In economic development part, Improves investment condition, adjust economic structure to be good, abstract other company come here by local government policies.
