Sustainable Development From The Perspective Of The Population Problem

Since the second half of the 20th century, the theory of the sustainable development forms gradually, and obtains the various countries universal approval. The sustainable development problem's center is the human, and the population is the key which the sustainable development can realize. Under the background of the Marxist philosophy discipline, taking the dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the theory instructions, I set up a systematic framework of analysis on the basis of the related research material of the sociology. I try hard to study our country's population issue in the sight of the sustainable development, and discuss the way to solve the population issue.The dissertation is comprised of five parts. The introduction puts towards the reasons of this research and its significance both in theory and in practice.The first chapter has summarized the theory of the sustainable development and the basic question of the population, reviewed the formation and the development of the theory of the sustainable development, discussed the connotation of the theory of the sustainable development, proven the population's status and the function in the theory of the sustainable development .In the universal principle, the second chapter mainly analyzes the relations among the population , the resources, the environment, the economical and the society. Through the analysis, it points out that there are the dialectical relations among them. We must realize the natural ecosystem and the social economy system's positive cycle if we want to leave the sufficient development condition and the development opportunities for ourselves and our offspring.In the particular principle, the third chapter mainly analyzes our country factors of the population's quantity, quality, structure and distribution. And it discusses to solve our country's population issue through controlling the population quantity, improving the human quality, adjusting the population structure, guiding the population reasonable distribution.The conclusion points out the achievement and the conclusion——we must realize the coordination and the interaction among the population, the resources, the environment, the economical, and the society. Thus it will promote the person and the nature as well as the person and the person's accordance and development.
