Research On Project Of Undergraduates' Network Quality Education

At this age of information, computers and network are spread all over every corner of the world in a surprising speed, which deeply influences every aspect of our daily lives. Meanwhile, undergraduates are the pioneers who step into the web age very early. As soon as they enjoy the convenience and abundant information of network, their ways of studying, thinking and living are gradually impacted. Therefore, undergraduates' network quality education has been the hot topic in many fields like education, management, etc. Consequently, I deeply research into the undergraduates' network quality education project in this paper, combined with practical investigations.Based on the present domestic and foreign research results of undergraduates' network quality education, I have carried out abundant practical investigations and statistics analysis. Especially, I've concluded the positive and negative influence coursed by the network on present undergraduates and analyzed and discussed the necessity and imminence to develop undergraduates' network quality education by the systematical investigation of undergraduates' network behaviors in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Beijing Normal University which are two typical universities in engineering course and liberal arts.Grounded on the practical investigations, I've systemically summarized the main researching aspects of undergraduates' network quality education according to the basic characteristics and developing status of undergraduates' network quality and figured out 6 aspects as the targets of undergraduates' network quality education. They are network skills quality, network information quality, network behavior quality, network psychology quality, network morality quality and network legitimacy quality. Also, these six aspects are the core points of undergraduates' quality education. On the basis of the illustration and analysis of the 6 elements, I've further put forward concrete measures to promote undergraduates' network quality education, like enhancing ideological education, advancing teachers' comprehensive quality, promoting university's hardware conditions, strengthening campus management and culture building, etc.In addition, this paper is guided by the principles of science, flexibility, combination of qualitative and quantitative research and combination of internal and external evaluation, etc. The evaluation system of undergraduates' network quality education has been built through establishing the integrated framework, filtering the level-2 indicators and refining the infrastructural indicators, etc. This evaluation system basing on education evaluation theory will positively impulse the study and practice of effect evaluation of undergraduates' network quality education project.
