Construction Of Quality Management System Of Physical Education Network Curriculum

The sports network curriculum is complied with the development of sports educational technique to develop in the network time. Its development has developed the new field of vision for the sports education reform, has brought the new method and the way, and has overcome the malpractice of conventional teaching imparting sports knowledge to a certain extent, enhanced the depth and the breadth of sports theory knowledge. Based on such understanding, the domestic and foreign experts and the scholars have launched to the sports network curriculum research in abundance, and concentrated how to enhance its development quality as if by prior agreement the vision. We all know that the school profits from the IS09000 race standard and establishes the school education quality management system was already not a new matter. In this sense whether can we also introduce the IS09000 race standard to sports network curriculum, and promote the sports network curriculum quality enhancement by this? How should the school enhance the quality of the sports network curriculum? In other words what type of the quality management system should we establish to enhance the quality of sports network curriculum? A series of questions have become a matter of concern in sports educational circles, and this is the topic of this article waiting for the thorough research.Inspecting this, the thesis launches the research taking the sports network curriculum quality management system construction as the object by using literature research techniques, logical analytic method, expert interview and so on in the base of analyzing quality question in the process of developing sports network curriculum. There are two reasons putting the university sports network curriculum quality management system construction in the research field. One is that the sports distance education development needs urgently the support of sports network curriculum , the present sports network curriculum only pays great attention to the growth of the quantity not to note enhancing its quality, and there are quite few people to use one kind of quality management theory to regulate development of sports network curriculum , much more that there is not a completely quality management system of sports network curriculum having the procedural instruction. The other reason is that I want to explore and summarize a method scientific reasonably and realistic of sports network curriculum quality management, and then I want to try my best to establish a new system of sports network curriculum quality which structure is clearly and arrangement is legible.The result of this thesis as follows. Using the idea of the IS09000 race quality management for reference, the construction of sports network curriculum quality control system must take the IS09000 race quality management system document as the basis. Using the method of the project quality management and related network curriculum quality authentication standard of the Ministry of Education as well as the teaching design concept of the sports network; impenetrating into the entire life cycle of sports network curriculum project development; clearing about the idea, the principle, the quality policy as well as the quality goal of the sports network curriculum quality management then taking item management as the foundation we can bring the foundation stratification plane factor which influences making up of sports network curriculum such as manpower resource, the sports network teaching resources into quality system of sports network curriculum; in the end with process method from the responsibility, the resources, realizing to the survey, the analysis and the improvement carry on a full and entire journey management making every effort to cause the school functional departments, the teacher to examine and deepen carefully the understanding about sports network curriculum quality management from a new angle of view.
