Nowadays, lifelong education and lifelong learning have been an unprecedented trend, Workplace where people stay everyday and the informal learning which happened in it have gain the most eyes in the research domain. Many papers also tried to explore learning from the prospect of structure of "relationship". On the basis of these, this study choose a human resource team in a software outsourcing company to study the content and process of informal learning of workplace of human resource developer, and how the social network inside the team influence the informal learning in individual and collective level, aiming to enrich the informal learning theory and supervise informal learning practice.The study encompasses four chapters.The first chapter is instruction, which includes research origin, method and value; the second chapter is literature review, which defines the core concept in the study, also summarizes and reflects the existing relating research; the third chapter is founding. It gives three scopes, that is, the content and process of the workplace informal learning and the relation between interpersonal relationship network and the informal learning in individual and collective level; the fourth chapter is the research inclusion and discussion. It presents the research inclusion and discusses the limitation, also gives further suggestion.This is a new prospect that sees the workplace learning of human resource developer in social analysis angle. The study illustrates the content and process of informal learning of human resource workers first, then according to the social analysis variable, explains how network role, position and emotion support influence individual informal learning and how network density, group centricity and small group impact collective informal learning.This study, measuring informal learning by the interpersonal relationship structure and laying emphasis on influence that social network poses on, broadens informal learning visual angle and enriches the research fruit in this domain. What is more, it is advantageous to improve individual learning strategy and affect organization competition.
