According to statistics, 85% of the current social information is in the form of unstructured data, including paper documents, reports, video and audio files, photos, fax, letter. But for these unstructured content, of which only less than 5% of the digital management. According to Ministry of Information Technology Education Committee "Technical Specification for Educational Resource Construction " , carries on the description to this school educational resources non-structurization data and upload the preservation of educational resources, at the same time automatically generate corresponding XML metadata description documents, in order to achieve data synchronization with the metadata information updating, downloading and displaying.
