Semantic Web-based Educational Resources Sharing Model

The construction of the educational resources is the key of the educational infromationization, and it become more and more important and urgent with the in-depth development of the educational informationization.The effective and quality educational resource is not only the foundation but also the ultimate goal of the educational informationization. So it also determines whether the educational informationization is success or not. However, the current building of the edutional resource is at a low-level and lack of communication. This will lead to a difficulty in using the educational resource and lack of share between them.The currently Semantic Web's theory and related technologies, can largely solve the problem of resource sharing. This paper will deeply study the present situation and the difficulty of the resource and analyze the causes of the problem at first, then introduce the concept of the semantic web and the related knowledge. On this basis, do a deeply research on the architecture of the semantic web and the availability in the area of the educational resources. At last, build a sementic web based educational resource sharing model.The key issue of the educational resource is the sharing, and the key to accomlish the goal is solve the ploblem of syntax and semantics heterogeneous. The sharing model of the educational resource include an ontology and a metadata interoperability framework and the XML-based syntax. The educational resource which based on the model can achieve interoperability and sharing within the systems.
