Campus Culture Development From The Perspective Of Developing College Students Innovation Quality

At the background of knowledge economy, to develop the college students innovation quality is becoming a very urgent mission of higher educational reform. To build the college culture with the aim of improving the college students'innovation is the important part of this mission. This paper starts with analyzing the relationship of college culture and developing college students'innovation quality, regards building the college culture as the breakthrough point, firmly centering on the central idea of developing college students'innovation quality. The role and function that the college culture played during developing college students'innovation quality is elaborated, on the basis of analyzing the connotation and elements of college students'innovation quality, the core and principle of developing college students'innovation and the connotation and function of campus culture; A point of view that colleague culture is the carrier of developing college students'innovation quality is put forward, and innovative college culture plays an irreplaceable role during developing academician's innovation quality. On analyzing the existing absence of cultivating college culture in light of the reality of current status of Chinese college culture, I suggest that current college culture is not built with the guidance of the consciousness of innovation—only to build the college system culture does nothing good to inspire the main body of college innovation, and the college material culture work can not totally give expression of the requirement of the innovation. With these existing problems, a new conception to build innovative campus culture is put forward, which aims to create a thick culture atmosphere with conception, system and physical environment in colleges by strengthening the work of innovative college culture, namely, work of innovative college conception culture, college system culture and college material culture, so as to realize the goals of developing academician's innovation quality.
