Therefore, in the construction of campus culture under the perspective of innovative quality education for college students study is very necessary.In this paper, from the basis of the campus culture and innovation, quality first define research, this paper respectively expounds the connotation and function of campus culture, the connotations of innovative qualities and constituent elements. Secondly analyzes the college students’ innovative quality education research significance and the role of campus culture in college students’ innovative quality education. Again in the campus culture construction are analyzed in the present situation of college students’ innovative quality education and discusses the universality of the current results and existing problems, and explore its reason, mainly because the construction of the material culture did not keep up with the innovation subject, imperfect system culture construction, network culture’s failure to form a correct guidance, spiritual and cultural orientation deviation, lack of innovation characteristics, etc., so based on the above reasons, finally this paper proposes the construction of campus culture to better suit for college students’ innovative quality good service, should improve the construction of material culture, create favorable conditions for college students’ innovative quality, improve the system culture construction, enhancing college students’ innovation platform, make network culture, the new education mode of innovative quality education for college students and correct positioning spirit culture, ensure the practice path for innovative quality services, etc.
