For a long time, high school writing teaching, constrained by the old system, has been a far way from the idea of the new curriculum. Both the teaching and the management have been disordered. Thus, the research on the supervising the process of writing teaching is of great significance. Based on the analysis of the current situation, this article discusses how to put the theory of supervising of the writing teaching process into the practice under the new curriculum reform.Through investigation, the article analyzes the current situation of the writing teaching. The supervising of the process of the writing teaching in high senior schools, controlled by the college entrance examination, has always taken on a state of extreme confusion and disorder,such as undefined teaching aim,out-of-order teaching organization, outdated teaching method, improper teaching appraisal, and so on.By comparing the traditional control supervisor with the requests of the new curriculum and with the aid of the investigation and study in some high school, this article makes the following conclusions. First, the control supervisor theory still has the practical value in the writing teaching under the new curriculum standards. Second, the high school writing teaching process control should hold three basic components-- management by objectives, organizational management, and the quality control. Last, the directional control, the sequencing control, the set control, the quantitative control and the qualitative control in the control supervisor theory should be used wisely and flexibly.
