The Actuality And Considerations Of Establishing A Troop Of Professional Instructors In The University Of Our Country

Began the fifth decade of last century, most universities in our country have established instructor system in succession. The job of instructors becomes one of the most important teaches in universities. We mainly emphasized the political function and educational function ago, but the serving function and instructing function are gradually being attached importance now. In 2004, the center committee of CCP and state department issued the sixteenth document. It is the symbol that CCP and the country always regard the political education of university students as an important thing, it also shows that our country much emphasize the solution of actual problems which exist in university students through all kinds of approaches. These actual problems contain some traditional problems, such as poverty,difficulties in study and so on. It also include the students' living demands,mentality demands,progressing demands and so on. The solution of these problems requires instructors enhance serving skills and extend serving areas.This paper analyze the construction of instructor troop faces what new situations, and also analyze the new tasks which must be settled to push the development of universities, it also involve the changes during undergraduate students itself. Through the random sample survey in part of instructors ,we discuss the situations,exiting problems and the reason resulting in these problems. We also attempt to explain how to establish a troop of professional instructors. We consider that the construction of instructor troops is the course of exploring and managing manpower resource, it contains"high-quality enter""strict management""fine foster""kind treat"and so on. We make use of experience in university student affairs of develop countries and Hong kong Taiwan Macao district of our country, and combine the actual situation of our country ,then we put forward the path to establish a troop of professional instructors which accord with the actuality of our country. Also, we put forward some basic thought and ideas in establishing occupational instructors from these aspects: advance the cognition, clarify the orientation, set up instructor's post reasonably, strengthen the system construction, set up reasonable organizing structure, establish consummate choosing,training,evaluating and encouraging mechanism about university instructors.
