At present, the employment of university graduates has been widespread concern from all sectors of society. China's annual graduates of colleges and universities have a large increase.The employment of university graduates has increasingly become the focus of the problem. Many scholars have analyzed the impact on the employment choices of college students , discussed the reasons for the difficult job-hunting of university students and they also made a career of university graduates psychological analysis. However, many study about it seldom set our sights on the ethnic minorities and the college students and most of the existing research remains at the theoretical level and insufficient.This study will be available literature research , surveys, interviews to collect first-hand information from reality to Xichang College as a case study to explore the deep-seated ethnic minority areas in the western Sichuan university students tend to employment issues. Through investigation and study, we found that, as policy, geographical characteristics, cultural backgrounds, family education and other factors make the employment of minority college students in the choice is different from the Han nationality.The existence of a number of issues are as follows: 1. Minority college students on the employment situation is of insufficient awareness; 2. Employment expectations are too high, the tendency to employmen is much more utilitarian; 3. Employment options exist blindness; 4. The lack of employment initiatives; 5. The lack of job skills. Through further analysis of the study, we found that the national employment policy, schools conditions, different cultural background and other factors are closely related to the problem. To solve the difficulty of minority college students of the status quo, it is necessary to work social, school, the three individuals power well to fundamentally solve the problem,. There are specific measures: 1. Strengthen the support and guide of national policies to accelerate the development and improvement of the protection of minorities university graduates 'rights and interests ,make the various policies to promote the healthy development of the job market and achieve minority employment of graduates of standardized and legalized. 2. To strengthen the relevant institutions of higher learning education and employment guidance, training requirements of the market economy combined talents of ethnic minorities. 3. Help minority college students to do pre-employment preparation, fully aware of the current employment situation, to the real needs of their own places.This article discusses the hope that, can the minority college students in the school, especially in the face of graduation get some inspiration to help them fully aware of their own conditions, a clear understanding of the current employment situation, the successful employment. At the same time, and hope that through this article, can Xichang College students help themselves to be employed ,with parents, and society to form an interactive platform to promote the health of minority college students, all-round development.
