Since 1980, great emphasis has been put on the training of reflective teachers throughout America, Britain , Australia and etc, which spread all over the world in a short period of time. As a result, "reflection" "reflective teaching" "reflective teacher" and teacher is researcher." become the focus. In 1999, a new regulation was released to make it clear that we should improve the evaluation system and strengthen our reflection ability. Later on , the vice-minister of education Council ---Yuan Guiren mentioned in China Education that it is a fundamental measure to strengthen and reform teachers' education to improve teachers' inner quality. It is widely accepted that teachers' reflection has been emphasized in China.The writer gives an description of what reflection is , what it contains and what are its features. She made a survey among the teachers and interviewed some excellent teachers, and she got a conclusion by analyzing the survey . a lot of problems were found and some useful measures were proposed based on the analysis.
