In 2011,the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program(Trial)" proposed "To establish an evaluation system to promote the improvement of teachers,emphasizing the analysis and reflection of teachers on their own teaching behavior".It can be seen that the cultivation of teachers' reflective ability in teaching is the primary problem to promote the professional development of teachers.However,in the actual teaching,teachers do not pay enough attention to teaching reflection,only carry out formal and coping teaching reflection.Therefore,this paper will combine relevant literature,put forward the method of mathematics teachers' teaching reflection,and test the effectiveness and feasibility of this method through experiments.There are two research objectives in this paper: first,draw on the previous research results on teaching reflection methods,design teaching reflection methods;Second,carry out case study of teaching reflection method in the first-line teaching to cultivate mathematics teachers' teaching reflection ability.According to the characteristics of mathematics subject,this study designed the method of teaching reflection for junior middle school mathematics teachers,taking each link of teaching activities as the main line.The method of teaching reflection is based on the premise that the teaching design intention is clear.The actual performance of students in each link is compared with the design intention of this link in the teaching design to judge whether it is consistent or not,If they are consistent,it means that the teaching design is reasonable,which can strengthen teachers' original teaching experience.If not,it means that the expected teaching goal has not been achieved.When the expected teaching goal is not reached,there are mainly two reasons,the first is the teaching design,the second is the teaching implementation.After that,a novice teacher and a mature teacher are selected as the research objects,and the teaching reflection method is used to conduct a case study in first-line teaching.The results show that the method can improve teachers' reflective ability to a certain extent.and it has more significant effect on cultivating mature mathematics teachers' teaching reflection ability.
