Meaningful learning in class is required by quality-oriented education. In senior high school, meaningful learning of mathematics means that students can master mathematics contents and their substantial relationship, form or expand their mathematical cognitive structure.The learning process of mathematics in senior high school include four types: math knowledge, math skills, math ideas, and problem solving. Under the guidance of meaningful learning theory of Ausubel, teachers can monitor students'learning process of math concepts, theorems, skills, and ideas. They also can scientifically evaluate students'learning, which will promote their meaningful learning. Variant learning is a kind of meaningful learning with Chinese character, which is usually used in senior high school.In senior high school, teachers should also monitor students'learning behavior and their learning psychology, and foster the balanced development of their cognition and affection.
