In order to comply with the tendency of the international science education development, to raise for the innovation talented person in the 21st century, "Elementary education Curriculum Reforms Summary" opened the synthesis curriculum in the 3~9 grade "Science". The junior middle school "Science" curriculum takes a synthesis curriculum, the original astronomy, physics, chemistry, the biology and so on , to merge into one organic whole, stressing "the conformity" and "inquired"two characteristics, to enhance students'scientific accomplishment as the total goal. The synthesis "Science" curriculum's opening has proposed a challenge to the information technology in the science education application.Then, how to grasp the conformity the idea and the method, and transform it for the concrete teaching practice of "Science", optimizing "Science" curriculum teaching effect, to promote students'scientific accomplishment and the information accomplishment? This article chooses Informational Instruction Design of"Science"Curriculum as a view, to initially construct design theory and the method system of "Science" curriculum information teaching.The informational instruction design of "Science"curriculum bases on the system science theory,the construction theory and the"leading-principal part"instruction theory, it includes: analysis on studiers,establishment of the instruction objective,analysis on the instruction content,foundation of the study environment,design of the study resource,design of the study strategy,design and application of information technology and the design and development of the instruction evaluation. These taches will appear in the paper as a flow chart which is clear and intuitionist. In order to supply some references for the researchers and teachers who work in the front line, the paper also introduce several instruction patterns in common use about the informational instruction design of "Science"curriculum and show a case about Webquest .In order to analyze the advantage and the potential obstacle during putting the informational instruction design of "Science" curriculum into practice, the penman investigates into the actuality about the middle school which belongs to Huazhong University of Science and Technology, according teasing and analyzing the result to find out the advantage and obstacle, and at last put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
