Research On Ideological And Political Work Of Poor College Students In Building Harmonious Campus

"Harmony" is the core of traditional Chinese culture and the fundamental concept of the spirit, and is the mutual coordination of all kinds of things in an orderly manner. In the new historical period, according to the require of the economic and social development, our Communist Party puts forward a great strategic target of establishing a harmonious socialism society. And the college is an important part of the social system. It takes on the responsibility of bringing up the high-grade talents. It is located on the axes position in the social system. So it is meaningful to build a harmonious college.There are many aspects which affect the building of the harmonious college, and one aspect is the emerging of the poverty college students. We must give our attention to these students. College is the high place of bringing up the talents, and these talents will be the important group to build a harmonious socialism society. So we should take some useful methods to solve the problem of the poverty students, helping them to complete their school work, and make them to become the successor.In this paper, we take one college for example in Harbin, according to the analysis for the status of the poverty students'material and spirit life, we come to the conclusion that there must be some problems in the ideological and political education of the poverty students. The building of a harmonious campus needs to work with a strong ideological and political education. The effectively work on the ideological and political education of the poverty college students is of great significance to the building of a harmonious campus. It manifests in these: ensure a stable and orderly campus; represent the fairness and justice; enhance the effect of the ideological and political work. As an independent groups, a series of issues brought by the poverty college students increased the difficulty of building a harmonious campus, especially raised the new issues and challenges for students of the ideological and political work. A correct understanding of the position which the poverty students ideological and political work should be in , and a deeply understanding of the importance of the poverty students ideological and political work, became the basic premise of solving the problem of the poor students. The article makes analyses on how we see the poverty college students ideological and political work in the process of the harmonious campus from a philosophical point of view.
