Generally speaking, achieving social harmony is to coordinate and resolve social system and its internal contradictions between the elements. College is a vital part of social system.It transports high-quality talent to society endlessly.University has centeral position in social system.In order to exert the important function of college adequately for establishing harmonious society,we must highly take into account of the needy college students.It's well known,there are many difficulities and troubles in their lives. "Moral is vital during the course of education",so we must strengthen the Ideological and Political Education of the needy college students to increase the vigorous strength for establishing socialistic harmonious society. Ideological and Political Education always carry out under the given environment. Schoole is the main place for the needy students' study and life.Firstly,this article indicates that harmonious campus is the basic point of strengthening the Ideological and Political Education of the needy collegestudents.Then this article analyzes the educational objects--needy college students'current mentality,thought and behavior,and discusses the reasons of their present situation.It's easy to find that many men learning this problem are not needy.But the writer expound the difficulties and troubles of needy college students from my personal experience.
