Higher agricultural education has duties and function of importing intellectual resources in the rural areas with cultural ecological system, and cultural ecological systems in rural areas have building needs of absorbing higher agricultural education system of quality cultural factor, reciprocal or mutualistic symbiosis's construction relations between higher agricultural education and rural cultural ecology are both trend interaction premise. Any thing not only needs to breed it to have, the development and the change prerequisite, moreover should also have impels it to have, the development and the change internal agent. A number of contradictions between higher agricultural education and cultural and ecological construction in rural areas are the internal agent of promoting our country higher agricultural education and the countryside culture ecological building to move toward interactive. Although interactions between higher agricultural education and rural cultural ecology construction have its internal dynamics, but only under the correct theory principle instruction, we can realize the positive interaction and common development between higher agricultural education and the rural culture ecology construction. Reciprocal or mutualistic symbiosis's construction relations between higher agricultural education and rural cultural ecology are both interaction's premise, this is only a theoretical possibility, but not the possibility of inevitability and theory is not reality, flower of the theory only then can bear the great accomplishment on tree of the practice.
