| The modern basketball movement development changes with each new day, the technique tactic consummates day by day, NBA has represented now the highest level of basketball movement, it has achieved the perfect union in the strength and the skill, highly and the speed, the technology and the tactic. There is an outstanding organization rearguards in any NBA team, who is the soul of the team, playing the key role in enhancement of the whole team. Guards commanders who is a team organizer and is the market's assistant coaches. is the axis of tactical changes and offensive rhythm, the soul of the entire team. If a team is short of the soul, then even if there is a strong center could not achieve good results. NBA represents the highest level of basketball competition also proves this point. But if we look at a world-class level of the Chinese team while tall center Yao Ming, YI jianlian nephew formed a powerful Ext. However, since China Basketball Guard personnel, resulting in the international arena can not achieve good results.Therefore, we should actively cultivate young guard, CBA, it soon meet international competition. According to the video observation and statistics, guard, we can see that the ability of organizing team's offensive attack and individual attack of the rearguards in CBA still lags far behind comparing to the NBA outstanding rearguards. This paper selected some of the rearguards in CBA and NBA and conducted comparative studies, in order to obtain quantitative and qualitative results and then provide a useful reference for the CBA rearguard training and competitions in the future.The study approaches in this paper include: documentation, observations and statistics, comparative analysis of video competition, comprehensive analysis, expert advice, logical reasoning. It tries to compare the body shape(height, weight), age, Offensive technical indicators (score, a secondary attack, anticipating the market rebounds, the number of errors)and the Defense Technical indicators(rush after the market backboard, the Stoppage, top, the number of active fouls)of the elite rearguards in CBA and NBA, the findings are as follows:(1)CBA rearguard's physique is not strong, particularly dynamic, physical strength, the combating ability is not strong. And the ability of rushing backboard is relatively poor. (2)Men's Basketball rearguard in CBA can't score much, and by relatively simple means, with the organization focused only. They pay few attention to personal attacks.(3)the signal control capacity of organizations rearguard in CBA is rather poor, unable to organize an effective attack, with relatively poor passing technology, simple passing way and fairly slow passing speed and poor judgment. There seldom is a secondary attack and great passing.(4)CBA Guard members are not good at breaking-through and breaking other's defense or disrupting the opponent's defense.(5) CBA Guard members don't have a great sense of launching a strong quick attack actively, they missed lots of fast-break opportunities because of seeking stability too much.(6)Although with certain awareness of rushing backboard, CBA Guard members need further strengthen on this ability.(7)CBA rearguards are relatively young, without much experiences in major competitions and being unstable in psychological and emotional condition, they have more errors, offenders at the critical moment.(8)CBA rearguards are relatively lack of controlling the pace of competition, they failed to control the situation in key moments, which led to win first and lose ultimately.Therefore, CBA Guards have to improve their physical confrontational ability and strengthen their ability to resist pressure, strengthen the offensive and defensive capabilities, besides improve their physique and basic technology. Only by doing so can we improve the Chinese men's basketball level as powerful teams in the world.
