According to the survey of national students health,the paper selected the data Of shape,physique of middle and primary students of 1985,1995 and 2005,based on which analyze the situation of health of middle and primary school students of Human in 20 years,by the analysis of the past i0 years,we understand the health feature and the change and improvement of middle and primary students of Human.It is a reference for the future law of Human Sport and hygiene.The concrete result of the research is following:1.In the past 20 years,the height and weight middle and primary school students are improved greatly,except the city living girl and boy,the chest perimeter of the student in other place is descended or not improved a lot;during 1985-1995 and 1995-2005,the height and the chest perimeter changing is slow early and fast late,about the girls, it is fast early and slow late.2.The physique function is going down,especially 1995-2005 about. In the past years,the physique function of teenagers in city is better than ones in country,And the gap is extending.3.About the speed,except the boy in country,others is degenerated; the power was increased in the early 10 years,but the later 10 years is down;the jumping,except girls in city is degenerated,others is improved;Flexibility is sill increasing for girls in city,others is going down in past 10 years.Endurance is degenerated entirely.4.Form 1985-2005,the shape of middle and primary school students of Human basically is improved,the fast growing period is advanced5.The height and weight and the chest perimeter is advanced,the height gap between city and country is reduced,however the height, height and the chest perimeter gap is widened gradually;speed,power, jumping and flex and endurance gap is reduced6.The height,weight bust-growing is advanced,susceptible periods of physique are different.During of which the speed is no difference. But others are advanced or delayed.7.Comparing to other placed in China,in past years,the height, weight and the chest perimeter of middle and primary school students of Hunan is lower than the average at least 5 years;the physique function is worse than the national average especially in recent 5 years;Jumping, flex,and the power of male students of 7-12 age both in city and country are better than national average.
